Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Window: To cancel without incurring a cancellation fee, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may result in a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a booking outside of the specified cancellation window, a cancellation fee may be applicable. Please review this information carefully before confirming your booking.

Refund Policy: Our refund policy is designed to address various circumstances surrounding your cancellation:

• Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time but before the actual ride, a partial refund may be issued, less any applicable cancellation fees.
• No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you do not cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time or fail to show up for your scheduled ride, no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. Processing times may vary and are subject to the payment method and banking institutions involved. We will make our best efforts to process refunds promptly.

Exceptions: In certain cases, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we may make exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy. Any such exceptions will be made at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities

Behavior: You agree to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our drivers and staff. Any abusive, disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

Damages: You are responsible for any damage caused to the taxi during your ride. Charges for repairs or cleaning may be applied.

Privacy and Data

Liability and Insurance
